At Al-Hidayah Campus, education extends beyond academics—it is a journey of spiritual growth, discipline, character, and excellence. To encourage holistic development, the school organizes a Monthly Awards Competition, recognizing students who embody Islamic values and outstanding personal qualities. This initiative fosters motivation, self-improvement, and a deep sense of responsibility, aligning with the prophetic tradition:
“Indeed, Allah loves that when anyone of you does a job, he should perfect it.” (Sunan al-Bayhaqi 4929)
Each award category reflects an essential Islamic principle and contributes to shaping students into righteous, responsible, and successful individuals.
Highlights of the Monthly Awards
- Most Pious (Atqā Tullāb Award)
This prestigious award is given to the student who exemplifies strong faith, regular Salah, Quran recitation, and sincerity in worship. The Prophet (PBUH) said:
“The most honored by Allah among you are those with the most Taqwa (piety).” (Surah Al-Hujurat 49:13)
- Most Disciplined (Tanzeemi Award)
Discipline is the foundation of success in both worldly and spiritual life. This award recognizes the student who adheres to school rules, Islamic etiquette, and time management while maintaining excellent behavior.
- Most Improving (Tahassun Award)
Islam teaches that continuous self-improvement is a sign of wisdom. This award is for the student who has shown remarkable progress in academics, behavior, or spiritual growth, proving the hadith:
“The best of people are those who are most beneficial to others.” (Musnad Ahmad 23408)
- Most Active and Attentive (Nashat Award)
Given to the student who demonstrates enthusiasm in learning, participation in class, and attentiveness in discussions. This reflects the Islamic principle of seeking knowledge actively, as the Prophet (PBUH) said:
“When Allah wishes good for someone, He grants him understanding of the religion.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 71)
- Best Character (Akhlaq Award)
Good manners and morality are central to Islam. This award honors the student who displays kindness, patience, honesty, humility, and respect for peers and teachers, embodying the words of the Prophet (PBUH):
“The most beloved to me and the closest to me on the Day of Judgment are those with the best character.” (Tirmidhi 2018)


- Best Room Monitor (Mas’ooliyat Award)
Leadership and responsibility are valued in Islam. This award recognizes the best class or dormitory monitor, ensuring order, cooperation, and fairness among peers.
- Fastest Learner (Dhakā’ Award)
This award is given to the student who demonstrates quick comprehension and sharp memory in learning, embodying the Quranic encouragement of wisdom:
“He gives wisdom to whom He wills, and whoever has been given wisdom has certainly been given much good.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:269)
- Most Neat and Clean (Nazafat Award)
Islam places great emphasis on cleanliness, as the Prophet (PBUH) said:
“Cleanliness is half of faith.” (Sahih Muslim 223)
This award is for the student who maintains personal hygiene, keeps their surroundings tidy, and sets an example of cleanliness.
- Best Communicator (English Speaking Award)
Effective communication is a gift from Allah (SWT). This award recognizes the student who speaks with clarity, confidence, and respect, following the prophetic guidance:
“Speak good or remain silent.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 6018)
- Rising Orator (Khateeb Award)
Public speaking is an essential skill in conveying Islamic knowledge and inspiring others. This award goes to the student who excels in speech delivery, public speaking, and Da’wah presentations.
- Most Memorious (Hifz Award)
Honoring the student with an exceptional memory, particularly in Quran memorization, Hadith retention, and academic excellence. The Prophet (PBUH) praised those who safeguard the Quran in their hearts:
“The best among you are those who learn the Quran and teach it.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 5027)
- Student of the Month (Najm al-Shahr Award)
This all-rounder award is for the student who excels in academics, discipline, Islamic conduct, and extracurricular participation.
- Role Model Student (Uswah Hasanah Award)
The highest honor of all, this award is presented to the student who serves as a true role model in character, discipline, leadership, piety, and academic excellence, embodying the hadith:
“The believer is like a mirror to another believer.” (Sunan Abi Dawood 4918)
